With over 15 years of experience in building inspection, regulatory compliance, and energy efficiency, Johnathan understands the critical role that sustainable infrastructure and smart planning play in securing our region’s water future.
As President of Metro Code LLC, he has built a thriving company that serves Fort Worth, Dallas, and Houston, helping communities meet energy and safety standards while balancing growth and environmental responsibility. His leadership extends beyond business—Johnathan has been a strong advocate for energy efficiency and regulatory improvements, serving as an Ambassador for SPEER (South-central Partnership for Energy Efficiency as a Resource) for the past decade.
Johnathan is deeply engaged in local policy and community development. He serves on the Development Advisory Committee (DAC) for the City of Fort Worth, ensuring responsible urban planning, and is an active member of the Fort Worth Home Builders Association. His expertise is also recognized nationally—he sits on the Exam Development Committee for the International Code Council (ICC), helping shape standards for future building inspectors.
Beyond his professional work, Johnathan is deeply committed to family and community. He steadfast member of his church and has been married for over 20 years, raising three children in Fort Worth. As a school board member for Fort Worth Academy, he understands the importance of investing in future generations.
Johnathan is running for Tarrant Regional Water District because he believes in responsible water management, strong infrastructure, and long-term sustainability. He will bring his experience in regulatory compliance, development policy, and energy efficiency to ensure clean, reliable water for generations to come.
